Play Station 3 is the newest model of home video game console that are produced by Sony. The PlayStation 3 competes with Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Nintendo's Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles. The features that makes this model different from the previous Play Station is the Play Station Network where players can play the games online world wide. This PS3 also can connect with PSP that is Play Station Portable to become its controller. Also this new model can read the Blu-Ray Format disc. The PlayStation 3 was first released on November 11, 2006 in Japan. It has various sizes of memories and the latest one is 80GB. You can keep your photos and songs in the PS3. Now, PS3 are not only focusing on games, you also can listen to your favourite song and watch your favoruite movies using it.
