Everyone must take care of their health to live longer and to keep fit and stay healthy all the time. Overweight person usually strife to lose some weight but after one week of struggling they usually give up. Other group of people like to move so much like doing sport or running. They find enjoyment of what they are doing so they will do it everyday. There are some tips to keep fit and healthy such as:
1. Drinks huge amount of water
2. Move around as much as possible with enjoynment. Don't do it because you are forced to do so
3. Stop smoking now
4. Don't be so tense or stress. Just relax in all the thing that you do.
5. Stay away from the food that are high in fat.
6. Exercise everyday
7. Try to reduce eating junk food.
8. Eat a lot of vegetables
